Cappuccino Coffee Cupcakes

Cappuccino coffee powder 75 gms
maida / plain flour 3-4 tbsp
Eggs 2
Sugar 1 tbsp
Chocolate chips 2 tbsp


1. Pre-heat the oven to its max temperature for 20 min.
2. Take sugar and eggs into a bowl and beat them till the eggs are fluffy for almost 5 min.
3. Add in the coffee powder and mix well with a spatula. The mixture will be very fluffy and airy at this point and make sure you are not using beater. Just fold gently with spatula.
4. Add in the flour and repeat folding and mixing the batter until it is mixed thoroughly. Make sure not to over fold the batter. Dust your chocolate chips with some flour.
5. Pour batter into your desired shaped cupcakes liners such that only half of the cupcake liner is filled.Bake them for approx. 20 min by checking in between.
6. Prick the middle of the cake with a tooth pick or knife to test if it comes out clean indicating the cake is cooked properly.
