Chicken Chapli Kabab
Ingredients

Chicken mince 1 kg
Corn meal 1 cup
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Onion chopped 1
Eggs 3
Green chilies 4
Tomato 4
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
Whole coriander 2 tbsp
Salt to taste


Method

1. Chop 1 kg chicken mince well.
2. Beat 3 eggs well and fry like omelet. Keep aside.
3. Grind together whole coriander, black pepper and cumin seeds.
4. In a bowl put together chicken mince, pomegranate seeds, salt, fried eggs, ground mixture of black pepper, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, chopped onion, of chopped mint
leaves, crushed red pepper and corn meal. Mix well and keep aside for few minutes
5. Make Pattie and fry in a frying pan with ghee or oil as required.
