colostrums (cheek) 3 ¼ cup
milk 3 ¼ cup
cardamom powder ¾ tsp
nutmeg powder 1 pinch
saffron strands a few
sugar 1 ¼ cup


1. Mix the colostrums and milk in a bowl.
2. To this add the green cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, saffron and sugar and mix well.
3. Pour this mixture into silicon moulds and cook using a steamer. Steam on a high heat for about 15 minutes and then reduce the heat and steam till the mixture sets.
4. Let it cool to room temperature and then place in the refrigerator to cook.
5. Serve chilled.
