Masala Pasta

elbow marconi pasta 200 gm
onion, finely chopped 1
tomato, finely chopped 2
red capsicum, diced 1
minced garlic cloves 1/2 tsp
ginger paste 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
dry coriander powder 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
olive oil 2 tbsp


1. Cook the macaroni pasta as per the instruction given on the pasta pack.
2. Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan over medium-low flame for around 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Once the olive oil becomes hot enough then add finely chopped onion and saute it until it turns to golden brown in color and translucent.
4. Add ginger paste and minced garlic cloves and saute them for another 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Now add diced, red capsicum and saute them until it get cooked properly.
6. Then add finely chopped tomatoes and fry them until the tomatoes gets mashed completely.
7. Sprinkle some spices such as turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder, Mix Well.
8. Finally add the cooked Macaroni Pasta and toss well so that the Spicy masala gets properly blended with the macaroni pasta.
9. Saute them over a medium-low flame and sprinkle some salt as per your taste and add some water,Mix well.
10.Masala Pasta is ready to serve.
