Masala Peanuts

Masala Peanuts

peanuts 1 cup
gram flour 1/2 cup
rice flour 2 tbsp
chat masala 1 tbsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
mango powder (amchoor) 1/2 tsp
Water as needed
Oil to fry


1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Add water to make a thick mixture, So the spices and flour coated to the peanuts evenly.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
4. Now drop the coated peanuts into the hot oil by your hand and separate them with your fingers.
5. Fry the peanuts until they turn into golden brown.
6. Take them out of the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain the extra oil.
7. The masala peanuts are ready to eat.
8. You can store them in an air tight container.
