french beans, chopped 8 to 10
peas ¼ cup
green chilies, finely chopped 2
finely chopped ginger ½ tsp
dhania powder 1 tsp
jeera powder 1 tsp
red chili powder ½ tsp
turmeric powder ¼ tsp
asafoetida/hing (optional) a pinch
salt as required
oil 1 tbsp
water for kneading, only add if required 1 to 2 tbsp
oil or ghee for roasting parathas as required
